Feast of Corpus Christi

Dear Family of Mary!

I want to send you another update.  Today in Medjugorje is the Feast of Corpus Christi, a holy day in Medjugorje. Ivan gave his testimony at the Church at 8:30 am!  We filmed it and hope to put it up when we get home. Then English Mass was at 12:00 pm.  After Mass our Mary TV crew focused on setting up our Rosary and the streaming of the Apparition in Ivan's chapel.  It was especially hard work for Tom, who had to make sure the internet connection was working, and that all the cameras were connected.  It was also 100 degrees, and we were working outside.  But, through prayer everything came together at the last minute, and many of you were able to join us for our daily rosary at 4:00 pm Medjugorje time.

We prayed the rosary in Ivan's chapel, since the cameras were all set up for the apparition later that afternoon.  What a privilege it was to pray in that holy spot with all of you.  Then, an hour later, Ivan began his evening rosary in the chapel.  He invited the priests to come for this apparition.  It was beautiful to see them arrive.  Young and old, from every part of the world, Our Lady's special sons came to be with her in this special way.  Tom and Mike had set everything up, so we were ready to stream.  Tom said that during the day every time he got our system up and running, something would just quit working.  He struggled all day with the equipment.  But finally it all began to work, just in time.

We sent the video stream out at 6:00 pm Medjugorje time!  It was amazing to know that people from around the world would be able to join Ivan and all those priests for the rosary and an apparition of Our Lady.  We watched as the number of viewers grew and grew.  After the streaming event, we counted the number of countries represented by viewers: 82!!  Wow!  And there were about 9000 computers connected to Mary TV during that hour.  That means many people were able to join Our Lady and receive her blessing.

Our friend, Rocky, commented after the event, "I am floating on air!!"  Teresa wrote:  "I want to say a heartfelt 'Thank You' on behalf of the whole world-- who can now witness the Miracle of Medjugorje and Our Mother's presence."  Praise God for providing such a beautiful way for Our Lady to be with her children!  We are in awe at His great love for us!

We are now beginning to post some of the rosaries and apparitions on the webpage as videos.  So you can see what we have been able to do so far here in Medjugorje.

Please keep praying for us as we learn from our mistakes and continue to follow Our Lady in this exciting project to bring Medjugorje to the world.  Tomorrow we hope to stream our rosary from the Mary TV building by the church, and possibly add something special.  Until then, God bless all of you!!

In Jesus and Mary!
