The Angels: Messengers from a loving God is the only English-language Catholic magazine covering topics relating to the Holy Angels including angelic prayers, good & bad angels, stories of saints and angels, personal testimonies, relevant interviews and much more from a Catholic perspective.

The Congregation of Saint Michael the Archangel seeks to teach people about the true nature and mission of the Holy Angels of God. In Marki, Poland, the religious order runs a publishing house, orphanages, schools, and youth centers. They work with underprivileged, handicapped, abandoned and poor children including missionary work in 13 countries.

The editor of the magazine, Father Piotr (Peter) Prusakiewicz, CSMA served three years as a chaplain to the Congregation of the Sisters of Our Lady of Mercy in Warsaw where Saint Faustina started her religious life. For nearly 10 years he has traveled to many countries proclaiming and explaining The Divine Mercy Devotion.

In 2004, Father Piotr became the editor of the Polish magazine, Któz jak Bóg (Who is Like God), published by his congregation for the last 17 years. This popular bi-monthly magazine brings the story of angels from a very Catholic perspective to the people of Poland. Wanting to expand this mission, Father Piotr, is now also publishing a quarterly English magazine on the topic of the Holy Angels. For the first time, the people of the United States, Canada, England, Ireland and elsewhere will have access to this insightful publication. There is no other English-language Catholic magazine like The Angels: Messengers from a Loving God.

Says Father Piotr, "The angels are servants and messengers of God. Christ is the center of the angelic world. They belong to Him because they were created through and for Him: 'for all things were created in heaven and on earth.' There are many, many angels, more than there are human beings. They stand before the throne of God and praise Him. At the same time, they are among us, with us."

The secular world and the new age movement have given our culture a warped understanding of these heavenly creatures and their mission in the world. It is vitally important that we nourish and promote a correct view of these powerful beings for they are messengers to us from our loving God.
